· Overall development objective
Equal access to vocational training for youth with mild and moderate
learning difficulties leading to equal job opportunities and inclusion
in Armenian society.
· Project’s immediate objectives
To achieve the overall objective the project strives to:
1 By the end of the project youth with mild and
moderate learning difficulties in Armenia face reduced stigmatization
and improved social and economic inclusion in society, through an
improved legislative and policy framework, raised public awareness
and corresponding employment opportunities.
2 By end of the project an inclusive model for
vocational training for youth with mild and moderate learning difficulties
is available for replication throughout the country, and 60 youth
with mild and moderate learning difficulties will have improved
employment potential via recognized qualifications.
· Indicators to measure the achievement of each immediate
objective.
The Indicators to measure the achievements of Objective

By the end of the project:
§ Legislative and policy framework makes specific
provision for VET and employment of people with disabilities
§ 40 employers in catchment area of 2 inclusive
VET schools express willingness to employ youth with learning difficulties
in defined positions

By the end of the project:
· Model of inclusive vocational training
comprising curricula, guidelines and training package available
for use in other VET schools in Armenia
· 60 youth with learning difficulties have
recognised VET qualifications
