Promoting Equal Access to Education
The project is implemented by the World Institute
on Disability, their Russian partner "Perspektiva" and
10 Disability NGOs in 4 countries: Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan
and Uzbekistan.
Project Goals

Empower disabled youths in Azerbaijan, Armenia,
Russia, and Uzbekistan to take control of their lives and initiate
positive Community attitudes/social changes through social advocacy
and public education activities while providing information
outreach to disabled youth in the community about their Rights
to Education.

Empower disabled youths, parents and Community
Coalitions to challenge discrimination in society and in their
communities and to advocate for the elimination of social and
physical infrastructure barriers to an equal education faced
by young disabled people.
- Facilitate the exchange of information and experience between
Disability NGOs in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia and Uzbekistan.
